Our stay was peaceful & ample safe for 11 individuals! Moon was extremely accommodating with our late night arrival as well helping us with our groceries for our stay! Not many would do sure a gesture and we are extremely grateful!

The accommodation was great! The community was very peaceful and refreshing. I wish the property had a tv in the master bedroom. Besides everything else our stay was awesome. Moon responded in great timing to all my questions & concerns. I would highly recommend this residence to my friends & family.

Initially Moon is responsive. That is until it’s time to actually use the facilities. When you’re prepared to shower then. Price there are no towels. Or when it’s cold and you’d like to warm up the place and you must communicate and he holds the power to remotely manage heating and cooling of the entire home. Another thing that was odd was the water pressure in general. Lastly, he admittedly shut the water off to the home. Mind you we rented the place for Thanksgiving. So many of us had not showered. We hadn’t even finished cooking the meal and cleaning the kitchen so we could have dinner. There were three seniors who couldn’t use the toilets, take medication because they needed tea or tap water to do so. My friend’s son, who’s two years of age not only couldn’t use the bathroom but after he had an accident we couldn’t clean him. The place is well monitored by Moon. After we canceled our booking reported the incident. Packed and were ready to depart. The water was turned back on.
