The place matches the description and it feels like home. Worth the pay and the host and his sister are really nice. They accommodated our checkout time. Private location or gated community. Downside: we had a hard time checking in because of some issues so you have to make sure that you communicate with the host well. It’s better if you have your own transportation. Overall, nice place to stay if you want to have a quick stop around the area and I really appreciate the host and the sister for letting us stay late.

The property is situated strategically to guests who are always on the run, like us. It was the easiest place to access national roads and tollways, but the location itself is unbelievably peaceful and quiet. The listing looks exactly like the photos posted, no more, no less. The place is safe, with accommodating neighborhood, and a small sari-sari store just beside the house, and very accessible to food deliveries as well. The listing has everything you need in a house - a good bathroom, a nice, basic kitchen with utensils. The room is nice and big, and the AC works perfectly. Stable internet connection, and a nice parking space around the clubhouse which is near the listing. Julio is very accommodating from the beginning. He is very responsive and concerned about our belongings. We appreciate everything and enjoyed our stay. I’d like to thank Julio and the security team of La Aldea for making our stay worthwhile. We will definitely recommend and book again in the future.

Sir Juls is very responsive. He accommodates us even if its too late for the check in time. A very friendly and approachable host. The place is very spacious and we feel like we're at our own home. The place is highly recommended. We will surely come back at Sir Juls place. Thank you Sir.
