Tremendous visit. Jan and Karen were very hospitable and made us feel welcome. Very pleasant conversations, delicious breakfast, and great advice on where to hike nearby. Can I give them 6 stars?!
it was so sweet to stay with Karen and Jan! they are knowledgeable about the area (provided great recommendations) and the breakfast prepared by Karen was delicious!!!
What a wonderful homestay experience. Jan and Karen welcomed us into their home for 2 nights - it is clean, comfortable, warm, homely and very wholesome. We enjoyed good conversation and their local recommendations, and the animals on the farm made it even more special. Breakfast was home cooked, plentiful and delicious. The b&b is easy driving distance to Killarney and the dingle peninsula. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re open to a welcoming homestay experience.
This was a wonderful quiet retreat. We loved being in the beautiful nature. Jan was very friendly and knowledgeable and prepared a great breakfast. It was wonderful meeting the donkeys and dogs.
Karen and Jan’s place was exactly like they described. We really enjoyed both dogs , Fay and Layla and the 4 neighbours donkeys. Their ethos about returning health back to the soil/ earth is so grounding. Their company was comfortable and flexible making us feel very at home. The bed and room was comfortable and warm. The breakfast was fresh eggs from their chickens plus fresh fruit and bread. So much coffee and tea. All great. I recommend this accommodation hands down to anyone who appreciates good company, nature and animals. Thank you Karen and Jan for the lovely 2 nights and the donkey pats!!

自我介绍
Jan & Karen live in Annagh More, a townland in Glenflesk-Killarney, Ireland. Originally from The Netherlands, we moved to this lovely farmhouse in the Cork and Kerry mountains in 2017. We are friendly and caring and always stand by to inform you about unique spots in the area, ancient places, and events in the neighbourhood. We love Irish music, culture and local music sessions in the pub. We are both interested in the old Celtic history, myths and legends. When we saw this place for the first time, we knew that we could start living our dream here. We have a smallholding with animals, and we grow organic food in the garden and polytunnel. We create more biodiversity habitats and plant trees, shrubs and wildflowers yearly. Nature on your doorstep Go for a walk early morning or before sunset and enjoy how nature unfolds. Maybe you encounter wildlife like deer, hares, squirrels, pheasants, badgers and foxes.
