Room with a view The Air Room is a bright double room with beautiful views of the valley and mountains. You will love the cosy bathroom with a spacious shower, sink and toilet, separated by a wooden sliding barn door. Farmhouse Kitchen The heart of the house is the Farmhouse kitchen with an original fireplace and wood-burning stove. We serve breakfast here with homemade and regional products, fresh eggs from the chickens and honey from our own bees. We invite you to sit by the warm, cosy fireplace in autumn and winter. Listen to the crackling of the fire and enjoy the soothing warmth with a nice drink and snack. Smallholding farm You are staying on a working smallholding farm. There is always something happening here. Feeding the chickens and donkeys - they love your attention. Enjoy the South facing gardens with stunning views and privacy to sit, read, write, draw or sit and watch the birds and wildlife. We grow organic vegetables, fruits and herbs and help maintain habitats for biodiversity in the surrounding forests and meadows. We have beehives with Irish black honeybees in the back of our gardens. Kerry Biosphere Reserve Mountain Retreat Annagh More is unique because it is located within The Kerry Biosphere Reserve. Enjoy the meadows and forest surrounding the house. Discover the wildflowers and plants and look out for the different birds and animals. You can take beautiful walks in the rugged surroundings and encounter animals such as deer, rabbits, pheasants, badgers and foxes.
