Nice place. What you see is what you get. No surprises. Would like a King size bed for the price and the size of the room though. Having to change lifts up and down is a bit of a nuisance. Water leak in laundry room. Was reported Only gripe is that while amenities is provided, there is no amenities at the bath as the soap etc is in a little cage.

This apartment was basically brand new, clean, and perfect for our needs. Such a cute apartment and So modern. It’s a 3 min drive to Sandton mall and very close to the American consulate. The hotel has 24/7 security which we loved. So easy to get an Uber from it literally arrives within 2-3 min. Loved that there was a cafe, gym, and outdoor pool on the 8th floor . So convenient that the cafe offers halal -they don’t serve pork which we loved. The cafe also offers chips , drinks and other snacks from 8 am -8 pm. Honestly everything was so perfect ! Thank you to the hosts for everything. We will stay again if /when we are ever back in joburg .

We had a lovely stay at Reserved Suites and highly recommend them. We felt right at home and very comfortable in the luxurious apartment. We appreciated the security, friendly and very helpful staff, high-end appliances, cleanliness, comfortable beds, and amazing gym facilities. We definitely plan on staying with them again the next time we pass through Joburg!

Couldn't have picked a better home for our stay. Enjoyed the amenities and loved our city view. Plus they cleaned daily which was not mentioned since our stay was 6 days.
