Modern renovated Adobe in old downtown Las Cruces. Kids and Dogs welcome! Close to restaurants, galleries, and Las Cruces's famous Farmer's Market. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen and inhouse laundry makes this a perfect quick stop or month long+ stay. Separate work space, (not in a bedroom) makes this a perfect virtual work location. There are 2 bed rooms, one with a queen bed and easy access to a bathroom, and a master with a king bed, en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. There is a separate study for a quiet work space. The kitchen/living/dining is open floor plan, with a full sized dining table. There is a carport for off street parking and a small outdoor space with a dining table.

This was a perfect location for the softball tournament we attended.great location, easy to get around.

Padma Mott-Valdevit is a long-time resident of Las Cruces and loves the area. She came here in the mid-80's and found that she loved the area, the people, the desert and the green chile! A real estate broker, she co-founded Rethink Real Estate with her mother, Kate Mott, in 2008. She specializes in the historic neighborhoods in Las Cruces. In 2019 she added AirBnb management and design to the services the company offers.
