Kelly was very responsive and helpful with instructions of where, how to get into unit and when unit would be available for occupation. The unit itself was clean and well maintained. The location of the unit was as described and only a very short walk to the beach. Kelly was very flexible with check out and even allowed us to stay an extra night, for a minimal fee which allowed me and my family to have a lengthier stay which was very important since we were down inLA for a family reunion. He even gives a 10% discount to military and first responers which is nice since my wife is an ICU nurse. Considering the fact that his price is very in line with other units in the area, the discount is nice and puts his unit ahead of many others. My wife and I have discussed possibly contacting Kelly on an annual basis

The location was beautiful! We felt safe and really enjoyed our vacation! We love Fort Morgan and will most likely be back again!

Perfect for our family of 4. Close to the beach and we loved the indoor pool/hot tub. Great deal for the location!

We loved staying here. It was a great location. The beach was family friendly. The condo was cute and perfect. The kids love the welcome package from Kelly. The condo being on the first floor was perfect with having little ones. Thanks for a great stay.

Great condo! Great location to the beach and pool! Complex was family friendly and quiet during posted quiet hours. 12-15 minute drive to grocery store. Condo had all the supplies needed to cook. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids ages 7 & 11. Kelly is an awesome host and very responsive! Guest book had lots of recommendations for restaurants. Definitely a place we would rent again!
