For starters, Chanda sent us the wrong instructions for check in. So we unloaded all of our stuff into the wrong unit. No one was there to tell us otherwise until I asked because it looked so different than the description and photos. We then moved to the right unit and everything began going down hill. The faux fireplace she had was not sufficient to heat up the tent in 40 degree weather and if we plugged in the secondary heater, the breaker would flip. We stayed one night and us and our dogs were freezing all night long. The cabin had the same thing happen. Cold and if two heaters were plugged in, breaker would flip. The morning we left, we couldn’t even shower because the pipes had frozen over and there was no running water. Luckily, Chanda refunded us but overall it was an unpleasant experience and we will not be returning. I can’t imagine how hot it would be in the summer months.

when we arrived, it was unclear where to park or how to get to the tent. There was clutter everywhere, broken glass near the bathrooms, random things just lying around. I get it that it's farm, but at the same point 30 minutes of cleaning and movin stuff would of made a huge difference. Alot left to be desired. We asked for a refund and Chanda was apprehensive at first but then agreed to refund us.

Chanda was extremely helpful from the very beginning. I was even late for check in and she stayed up to greet us and show us where everything was. The experience was truly amazing. If you’re ever looking for a great place to get away from the busy day to day life, you’ve found it right here. You would be doing yourself a disservice not visiting here atleast once! Plus the horses and donkey were really fun to wake up to!
