The apartment is not suitable for children especially infants! The apartment is quiet and centrally located in Bad Aibling. All stores for daily needs and the train station are within walking distance. Bad Aibling offers a varied program of events. From here you can reach Munich or Salzburg (Austria) in 30 minutes. The mountains are on the doorstep and invite you to go hiking or mountain biking. In the apartment you find a yoga mat, a trampoline as well as a swinging stick. The apartment is new and furnished with love. It is located on two levels in the penthouse with beautiful and green terrace. On the 2nd floor there is a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom, living room and a bedroom for 2 persons. From the living room and bedroom you can get to the green terrace with seating and sunbathing area. A spiral staircase leads upstairs to the gallery. Here is a bathroom with a tub, a workplace and another room with a bed for 2 more people (also with a workplace). The apartment is bright, sunny, well shaded with electric shading and has controlled living room ventilation, which makes a very pleasant climate. All skylights run electrically, have a rain sensor and close automatically when it rains. All shutters run electrically. The terrace (my jungle) is the highlight from spring to fall. Here it sits beautifully in the greenery, there is a separate area where you can sunbathe (lounger with mattress) and / or enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine.
