Nous remercions Lorenzo de nous avoir accueilli dans sa location. Hôte disponible sur la durée du séjour. Les photos sont conforme à l’identique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accès direct à la piscine surveillée. Attention peut être une erreur dans l’annonce mais l’heure d’arrivée n’a pas été flexible pas à partir de 15h mais À 15h avec 1000 km de route on a roulé dans le stress car nous l’avons su la veille le soir. Pas d’accès facile en bus par Rome non plus comme mentionné dans l’annonce, pas de renseignements donnés et internet donnait 1h15 en bus .. nous avons préféré le train à ladispoli comptez 10 min de voiture et 45 de train pour Roma termini. La cuisine est assez petite et manque beaucoup de vaisselle pour 5. La climatisation est présente dans toutes les pièces. Le simple vitrage rend l’environnement assez bruyant extracteurs de Clim voisins chiens et je déplore le manque de volets (présence de persiennes ajourées) ou d’occultant il fait tres jour à partir de 5h.

Villino incantevole, spazi ben organizzati e puliti. Giardino vivibile, ben organizzato. Comoda la piscina proprio davanti casa. Mare a 10 minuti di camminata. A pochi minuti a piedi tutti i servizi disponili, compresa pizza ed un ottimo ristorante. Lorenzo è molto gentile i disponibile. Grazie per l'accoglienza.

We had an enjoyable stay at Lorenzo’s house, it was great for the two of us. We really appreciated the A/C, which was very effective, and quiet. The beds were very comfortable, and we made good use of the outside areas. The kitchen area is compact, but OK for us to cook at the house some nights. The garden area was large enough, and quite private. The walk to the pool from the house is not far, and most of the time the pool was fairly quiet. Not being from Italy, we didn’t realise swim hats were required, so we were unable to swim the day we arrived. We hadn’t realised the pool would be closed during the ‘quiet hours’ in the afternoon between 14:00 and 16:30, which was disappointing as the weather was very hot during our stay. There was adequate crockery provided for the two of us, I think it might be awkward for a family of five. In the garden there is a single lounger, and two lounging chairs as well as the table seating for 4. Overall, a nice stay, we may return another year.

We had a lovely time escaping busy Rome to stay here for a few days and really enjoyed our dinners in the peaceful garden and swimming at the lovely nearby family-friendly beach.
