Had a lovely stay at this place. Very walkable to many restaurants & bars, nearby hostels and close to boats to get to other towns around the lake. This place is located on a main road so it can get a bit noisy at night, which didn’t bother me much. Host provided earplugs. Nice view from the front door/ patio area. There is a portable AC unit and a large fan; it does take a while to cool down so keep that in mind. Host was very responsive and offered suggestions around the area. Would recommend & stay here again :)

Lovely place to stay in the heart of Panajachel. Everything is within walking distance and the apartment has all that you need and is quite spacious. Sarah was easy to communicate with before and during my stay and was so helpful. I would stay here again!

Excellent place. This place is super clean and tidy, I felt right at home when I got here. Shower has good pressure and hot water. Kitchen has essential tools for you to cook a simple meal. Filtered water provided. As noted in the description there is road noise from the unit, but if you close all the windows it becomes very quiet, and Sarah also provided ear plugs in case you need it. My favorite stay during my trip in Guatemala. thank you so much Sarah!
