Located in the Merredin CBD & opposite the historic Cummins Theatre, the Merredin Treasury provides convenient comfort in a safe & discreet location. A short stroll to all of Merredin’s restaurants, cafes, leisure centre, museums & shops. The Merredin Treasury 2 bedroom apartment is a refurbished former bank built in 1928 which offers all of the gracious conveniences of modern country accommodation. Guests have their own private entrance and exclusive use of the entire suite. Meals available Each brand new bed is complete with premium bedding to keep you comfortable and relaxed. Reverse cycle air conditioning system is located in bedroom one. Smart TV’s are located in each bedroom. Basic kitchen facilities are provided including fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. A continental breakfast can be supplied upon request. The Merredin Treasury is well suited to traveling professionals or contractors who require private, secure and premium accommodation whilst working in the Wheatbelt. In house catering available for guests. Order in advance, reheat and enjoy!

The Merredin Treasury is within very short walking distance to all of Merredin’s restaurants, cafes, shops, museums, leisure centre, medical centers and gym. Although their is ample street parking, you won’t need a vehicle to access any of Merredin’s amenities.
Directly across the road from the Merredin Treasury is the historic Cummins Theatre, which regularly hosts shows and performances.

Parking for multiple vehicles is available directly in front of the entrance. The Merredin Treasury is also a short walk from the railway station for those traveling via train.
