Cozy 48 sqm apartment, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, located on the sixth floor of a building with a lift. The apartment is located on the main street, with a wonderful panoramic view. Parking is free on the streets adjacent to the house. There are buses connecting the seven "Lidi Ferraresi" to each other and to Comacchio and to Ferrara. The inside is organized as follows: LIVING AREA. Living room with sofa bed and television, kitchen equipped with gas oven, moka pot and various cooking utensils. DOUBLE BEDROOM AND SECOND ROOM WITH BUNK BED. BATHROOM. Shower box, bidet, hairdryer and washing machine. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Split air conditioning, fan, drying rack and iron. Balcony. We accept pets, upon request, for an additional fee of 40 euros.

Ferrara railway station is about 2 hours away, taking the Codigoro bus to "Ostellato Stazione" stop, then continuing with bus no. 331 to "Viale Rimembranze" stop and finally taking the bus n. 632 to "Lido Estensi Chiesa" stop, just a few minutes on foot from the property.
The best option for getting around the area is by car.
Main distances:
- Delta del Po Regional Park: less than 15 minutes by car;
- Comacchio (historic center): less than 15 minutes by car;
- Pomposa Abbey (Codigoro): 20 minutes by car;
- Ravenna: 40 minutes by car;
- Ferrara: 50 minutes by car.

- From Ferrara station, take the train to Ravenna station. From the station it is necessary to move to the Ravenna bus station (9 minutes on foot) from which it is possible to take bus n. 333 to the "Lido Estensi Manzoni" stop, a 5-minute walk from the property.
- For those traveling by car, the property has a private covered parking space. Furthermore, it is possible to park for free in the streets around the property (NOT guaranteed).
PAY ATTENTION: due to the market on Thursday it is NOT possible to reach the apartment by car as the street is blocked. It is NOT possible to park the car along the road for the same reasons.
