Enjoy this unique backyard experience just minutes from downtown and within walking distance of Las Maracas and Nicoletto's! Nestled in a corner of a 1 acre lot, you’ll have plenty of privacy with the convenience of NashVegas. You'll have access to our tiny house with 2 pullout sofas, fire pit, and plenty of parking...including EV charging (NEMA 14-50). Contact me for details! Wanna visit Nashville but without the hustle and bustle of downtown? Enjoy s’mores over the fire pit, roast hot dogs, or walk to grab grub. Our 250 sq ft tiny house has 2 pullout sofas, a kitchenette, and a full bath. comforters, sheets, pillows, shampoo, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, hair dryer and ample firewood are provided. Wifi is available but **does not** always work inside the cabana. Some guest have no problem accessing it at the fire pit or on our front porch. (working on that). Short showers are a must as the cabana has an RV water heater. Diversity welcomed! Cats or dogs, young or older, gay or straight...all ethnicities....seriously all are welcome here!

Christi’s cabana is exactly what I needed for a calm and relaxing weekend trip. I didn’t have a car for the trip but the bus into downtown was a very short walk down the street - $4 for an all day pass! Probably a quick ride share ride in, but decided to save some $ and take transit. The property is unparalleled. So cozy and beautiful. Christi was incredibly friendly over text and was gracious to let me stay late because of a delayed flight. If you’re staying in Nashville and don’t want the hustle and bustle of downtown, BOOK THIS PLACE!
Incredible place, had everything we needed!
As soon as we arrived, Christi made sure we were able to get in to the air bnb just fine. She was very responsive and was very considerate of me and my three dogs! Christi has a great location to plenty of great restaurants as well as downtown Nashville! Felt very secluded but close to the city.
The place was clean and matched the descriptions! Host responded quickly, answered any questions, and was very polite and welcoming.

You will want to drive or Lyft to visit downtown Nashville but we do have a few pubs and restaurants within a block or two from the house. Some of our favorites are:
Las Maracas (Mexican food just a block away)
Mas Tacos (limited hours but VERY good Mexican)
Nicoletto's (Italian take out, a block away)
Mickey's Pub (neighborhood pub, a block away)
Village Pub (small food menu but great beer list - CLOSED SUN)
Dino's (old bar with fabulous burgers and chili cheese fries)
The Pharmacy (hipster burger joint and beer garden, plan to wait)
Five Points Pizza (also in Five Points and offers by the slice)
Tower Deli (fresh deli sandwiches hot or cold)
We are 1 block from the bus line, there's plenty of parking on site, and many guests use Lyft or Uber.
