Nous avons été content de notre séjour. Ramazan a été très réactif à nos demandes. Le lieu était très bien situé, à côté d’une magnifique mosquée. Nous étions à côté de tous les lieux à visiter et pourtant rue extrêmement calme. Nous avons apprécié le passage d’une femme de ménage tous les jours. Service taxi parfait, à l’heure et très aimable. La réactivité a été nécessaire au vue de plusieurs problèmes : chauffe eau en panne, housses de couette sales. Quelques remarques pour améliorer le logement : mettre des rideaux plus opaques, plus d’ustensiles de cuisine car à 5 personnes nous avons eu des difficultés à faire la cuisine et changer le tapis du séjour qui est très sale Dans l’ensemble ce fut un très bon séjour .

Great location to visit all the sites in the old quarter by foot. Clean, tidy, and lots of space for a family of 4 - older kids. Surprisingly quiet for it's location, just a few motorbikes passing by at night. Host and all staff friendly and helpful.

Домакинът беше много отзивчив. Имаше проблем с бойлера, но въпреки че не можаха да отстранят проблема направиха всичко възможно за решаването му. Страхотно отношение! Локацията е чудесна. Наблизо има платен паркинг. Като цяло сме доволни!

We were a party of 6, our family with kids (10 & 12) traveling with their grandparents and we enjoyed our stay at Ramazan’s apartment. It was easily accessible, only a few steps up to the entrance and was in a great location, a fairly short uphill walk to the main sights of Sultanahmet, close to lots of different restaurants and many souvenir shops. Whist being close to a mosque there was no noise issue in the apartment. The lounge room had character but was comfortable and exactly as shown. The beds were warm, clean and comfortable with A/C’s. There was extra bedding too. The kitchen had the basics such as salt and tea and coffee and a few pans and we were able to make breakfasts and cook pasta a few nights of our stay. Note: there is no oven. The bathrooms were fairly clean and functioned well. The shower was great and there was never an issue with hot water for all 6 of us! The only thing we would say is that the street lights are quite bright and curtains a bit thin.

Communication was top notch. We didn't deal with Ramazan directly but with the guys working for him. He organised a transfer from the airport for us as well. we arrived at the apartment at about 8am thinking we'll have to drop our bags off and then come back at 2pm which was the check in time. to our surprise the guys took our bags straight to our rooms and said we can have an early check in. once we got our key stuck in the door and couldn't enter. We rang the number we were given and somebody was there in less than 5 minutes. We also booked a transfer back to the airport with Ramazan. our flight out was only at 1:30 am and had to leave for the airport at 9pm. Although checkout was at 12pm that day, my wife wasn't feeling well and they allowed us to stay there until we left for the airport. The place is in the heart of 'OldTown' and within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Aya Sofya and Topkapi. Also lots of restaurants and takeaways and shops and atm close by.
