If the owners ever replace the deck and street-side steps, this will be an OK place to stay. They are rotting, unstable, filled with splinters and dangerous. There’s also a big gutter hanging off the house above one of the lounge chairs on the deck. And a cobbled-together electrical “system” in one of the bedroom closets that is sub-standard if not a code violation. The mattresses and cotton sheets are nice and of recent vintage, as are the kitchen appliances. The LR furniture is comfy and clean.

My family and I had a great time spending a week in St. George Island. The pictures don't really show how close you are to the water. its fantastic!
