Comfortable enough and adequate space overall but quite ordinary apartment, with small bathroom. Bright with pleasing view. Lacking in visitor guidance re: nearby facilities, grocery shopping, restaurants, waste disposal rules to avoid municipal fines. Water always leaked onto floor when showering due faulty door seal. No kitchen paper towels. Sofa not comfortable. Location fairly good; we walked everywhere. Our contact was very helpful with laundry service and taxi ordering, but this did not overcome weaknesses. It would not take much to make the apartment a better place to stay, leading to better reviews.

L'appartement est très proche du centre ville (on y va à pied) dans un quartier calme et résidentiel (mélange d'immeubles modernes de bonne qualité et de villas anciennes magnifiques) avec une ambiance paisible de village (tout le monde vous parle). Le logement est grand, impeccable, bien équipé, Valerio répond dans les 10 minutes quand on a une question. Bref une expérience agréable.

The apartment was lovely and spacious with all amenities needed to make our stay comfortable, especially with two young children! The apartment is in an excellent location and the walk into town was around 5 minutes. Valerio was very helpful, always answering any questions promptly. Would definitely stay again :)
