The Rent Key West team very professional. Very responsive and happy to answer any questions I had. The property itself was very well maintained. This property is a great option for someone looking to stay in Key West.

We stayed at the Watson House Villa. The place is small and cramped. The pool is small with warped decking all around. We decided to make do until the COCKROACHES started coming out.  We ended up vacating the villa after only two days because we discovered four GIANT cockroaches within that timeframe. Two in the kitchen, one in my child’s bedroom, and one in our bedroom, actually in our BED!!! When we contacted the property manager on duty, he said they had never encountered that problem before. I sent them pictures of the roach in our bed and the roach traps they had under the furniture. The next morning when I spoke to another woman from the rental property company, she said that this was just an “unfortunate incident” and that a few bugs are to be “expected” in Florida. They refused to give us a full refund even though we had to leave in the middle of the night and find new accommodations for 8 people. We feel sorry for the next group staying here!
