A fantastic week at Jerry’s place. Genuinely struggled to find anything to fault, or any constructive criticism. We were a party of 6, 3 generations of 2 each, and the layout was ideal, kids with parents next door and grandparents with separate room + en suite. The kitchen was fantastic, living space ideal; never felt crowded. Highlight was the deck, superb outdoor space. Really quiet, peaceful location, but moments drive from the 6 and all the restaurants/activities on the outer cape. Ideal for both ends of the outer cape- half an hour to Provincetown and 15 or so to Orleans. Loads to do elsewhere, but only a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach if you want to stay local. Jerry is a great host- responsive, clear as to what’s provided and not, checked in with us in advance, when we’d arrived and on exit. Has a wonderful property, and does a really good job renting it out. Price is excellent value for the area- there’ll be cheaper/pricier, but I’d be surprised if better.

We had a great stay at Jerry's place. We've vacationed in Cape Cod for many years now but this was our first time with a 4-year old and a 9-month old and the ability to walk to a lovely, kid-friendly bayside beach is what set this stay apart. While it's not a huge place, we were comfortable as a party of six. Other big plusses were the recently remodeled kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook a variety of meals at home, the large and clean outside shower, a new central a/c unit that worked great, and access to a beach wagon and beach chairs. Jerry was a very friendly and responsive host, ready to go out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The downsides were few - low ceilings make it feel a bit more rustic and limit the amount of natural light, and there are some opportunities to improve the lighting and decor to make it a bit more charming - but these were small tradeoffs for the superior location. We'd definitely choose it again.

Jerry is a very responsive and gracious host. He made sure we had everything we needed and got back to us very quickly anytime we had a question or issue. The cottage is very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax inside and out, and close to the beach.

Great location walk to beach was short and enjoyable. Accommodations were great. Area for working remotely was very helpful. Everything you need for cooking is there. You will have a wonderful time. Jerry is always available if needed.

The house was a typical Cape cottage and was ok. We had expected the house to be a little more updated and with better amenities so were a little disappointed value-wise. We've stayed at the Cape for six summers so know what to expect with the cottages. The location to the beach was great - easy and quiet walk with the kids to sunken meadow beach. Jerry was also very responsive and nice over email and let us know we could access the house earlier in the day as the cleaners had finished early. In terms of the house itself, the kitchen didn't have a dishwasher and the fridge could be replaced as it was rusty and leaking water internally (we put a bowl under the leak at the back). In addition, the AC units in all the rooms were very loud. We ended up having to turn the living room one off when watching TV and just try and live with it for the bedrooms. Overall, it was just an OK experience and the house itself needs some updating. I expected more given the previous reviews and cost.
