City Hall is a street over, and the Sheriff's office, adding to the feeling of security, is just across Cornell Street. The town's charm is undeniable, with its friendly residents. Like many small towns, Lovelock could benefit from some updates and renovations in certain areas, giving it a well-worn character.
At our Motel, we're committed to making it a standout on the main street, offering travellers a welcoming place to stay. You can proudly hang your "Lovelock" alongside thousands of others in City Hall Park or take a moment to relax in the park that served as the final stop for brave pioneers on their journey westward before crossing the Sierras.
Lovelock offers intriguing historical sites, including the Marsden House, located at the town's end, which is well worth a visit as it unveils fascinating aspects of the town's rich history. Don't forget to explore Lovelock Caves, shop for antiques at Nanny Joe's, and enjoy fishing and boating at Rye Patch Reservoir.
