The space: The space features a private entrance, open concept living room/kitchenette area along with a dedicated workspace. The bedroom features a queen bed, attached full bath, and walk in closet. If you need extra sleeping space the sofa bed transforms into a full-sized bed with a memory foam topper and a twin air mattress is available, should you want to spread out. Both the living room and bedroom have wall mounted TV’s with Roku for streaming. (both have access to the Netflix guest account) Linens for all beds, blankets, and towels are provided including extra towels for use outside. Outside: enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the deck which features a sitting area, patio table and use of the Traeger grill. The solo stove ( if not out can be found in the deck box) Down at the shoreline are two adult kayaks for exploring the open cove and surroundings. Fishing and swimming off the dock is highly encouraged. (A bin of lake floats is located under the deck for use during your stay) Your boat or jet skis can be launched from the private boat ramp on the property and secured when not in use at the adjacent private dock. There is plenty of room to park your boat and trailer, along with electricity near the ramp. Located just outside the town of Lexington, this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood with proximity to local area restaurants, stores and several wedding venues.
