This was the longest I’ve stayed somewhere for a vacation so I did not know what I was expecting. This studio matched the pictures perfectly. Great Host are Rick and Agatha!!! Helpfully friendly! Response time is faster than a bullet train!! Took care of everything that was not working eg. The Tv was not working and having issues. Rick replaced the Tv right away!! This being a Studio the place is cozy but small for one month. Maybe it was just us, as we never lived in a studio. It’s not very far from the beach and lots of restaurants near by including a grocery and pharmacy store. One thing I did not like was waiting for the laundry as it was always occupied one washer and dryer was not working for a while and there were only 2 dryers and 2 washers Total. Other than that this place is highly Recommended!!!!

Rick's place was beautiful, exactly like the photos :) It was very clean and we liked it very much! We had convenient stores like Publix and Walgreens a block away; and the beach was also near. The neighbourhood was very cute. The communication with Agatha was very good, always got an answer very quickly. And she also was very kind to allow us to do early check in, and later check out, which was great for us. So, we recommend their place and hope to be able to be back soon.
