Andrea's place was perfect for a last minute family emergency. 8 adults slept comfortably. Andrea accommodated our needs and was very responsive.

The description of the place is misleading. It is not the whole house! It is the first floor only. The second floor is rented out separate. It is only one bathroom. Their is a tiny tiny shower only in a bedroom but the water runs outside of the shower so can’t be used. The angles she uses in the pictures are completely misleading. Everything is much much smaller than what the pictures show. You cant sit on the toilet because it is pushed back between two walls. The bathroom is so small that you can barely dry off because you will hit the walls. The bedroom with the two beds is so small that when you open the door it hits the bed so you can’t open the door all the way. It is way too much money for what it is worth. My husband and his workers ended up staying one night because they couldn’t fit the house. The host gave us back half of the money so we ended up spending $1,000 to stay one night. Would not recommend this place!

This was a cute place with ample parking and room to sleep 8! The kitchen had a lot of appliances, the TVs were nice and the unit was clean. The location was central to where I was traveling and within easy driving distance to Providence, Boston, Newport, etc.
