There was no instructions of room number and hard to reach the host when I arrived. The rest room was not clean as well. I also took a picture of it but dont know how to post it and also complained to the host and seemed no one cared

Pretty good overall. My only problem was the work station. The desk chair in the photos isn't there. I checked with them that it is there when I booked and they told me it was. When I arrived and asked about it, they didn't respond. So if you're working there for a while, the ergonomics are going to be rough. Otherwise I think it's a good studio in Phu Nhuan, it's a quick ride to district 1. The rate they charge for electricity is quite high, so factor that into the price too.

Pro: it’s clean with good location, easy to find. The owner is very friendly and nice to us. Cons: first is that the place is not match with photos. Am not sure if it’s the place in photos. It’s same position of window or bathroom but all facilities and decoration are not match. And although the place is clean but the shower gel and shampoo seem to not for using in a long time. So I have to buy new thing to use instead. Except 2 things, the place is still clean and enough space to stay.
