No outdoor space to sit and have a conversation and coffee or a glass of wine the apartment is old we had no problem with that. Except in good weather it would be lovely to be able to sit outside It was was second visit there and I would stay again

Filippo non l'ho conosciuto, ma tutto è andato secondo le aspettative. Il posto è arredato con mobili e suppellettili di qualità, per cui ha carattere. Il check in e check out hanno funzionato bene, adattandosi in parte alle nostre richieste. la cucina forse è la cosa meno funzionale, ma a noi non è servita. In complesso lo raccomenderei convintamente

This is our second stay at Filippo's listing. We are a family of 4 on a 12 day stay. The apartment is spacious with plenty of room. I was able to cook breakfast in the kitchen every day. The tram is less than a block away. The Cathedral of Saint Anthony is a five minute walk. We attended the "Flea Market" on the weekend it was great for souvenirs. I bought baked goods across the street and a supermarket was a 5 minute walk. We love the location of the listing. There is only one thing that I would warn a potential guest. There is a LOT OF NOISE. Being that the apartment is in the center of everything, the noise is almost 24/7. The tram runs outside the window from 6:00am until approximately 10:00pm. Garbage pickup which is across the street is between 1:30 and 2:30am a few days a week. The crashing bottles from the cans woke us up on more than one occasion. Revelers are heard directly outside the bedroom windows until 1:30am on the weekends. If you decide to stay here BRING EARPLUGS
