Honestly I do not recommend this appartment, because there was not enough warm water in the bathrooms, the appartment was not clean, you can not use the one the showers, my colleague can not close the window in her room.. The hole appartement need asap refurbishment as soon as possible.

Stayed here 2 years in a row. Loved it and will be booking again for next year. I’ve been to Barcelona 15 times and this is the best accommodations and the absolute best location. Everything we wanted to do was walkable. But if you want to use the metro, it’s 2 minutes from the front door. Adam is extremely responsive via text, typically minutes. Highly recommend!!!

Adam was a very responsive host, the location is excellent, and it is a very large apartment with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. However we had a few issues we had to deal with. While the kitchen looks to be recently remodeled, the oven did not work. Adam sent someone to check it but they could not get it working. Stove top worked OK but no oven so we could not cook as we would have liked. On our second night water started pouring from the ceiling in one of the bathrooms. It was 11pm and we were able to reach Adam and he must have called the apartment above to turn off the water after about 30 minutes of it filling trash cans we placed under the water leak. We were unable to use that bathroom for the rest of the week and no one came to clean up the mess it made. Last comment would be that it is quite a noisy apartment as any sound in the building can be heard. There was some renovation on the apartment next and the drilling started every day at 8am. We expected more peaceful stay

O apartamento é conforme o descrito.A refrigeração tanto do aquecimento quanto do ar condicionado não funciona. O anfitrião terceiriza o serviço e a pessoa contratada não sabe as informações sobre o apartamento.Um dos banheiros com o cheiro ruim,algumas infiltrações nos banheiros,o forno elétrico não funcionou.A acomodação no geral é boa e vale a pena.
