A bright apartment which includes 3 bedroom, 2,5 bathroom, a complete kitchen and a living room with dining area. The terrace with a private garden has direct access from the living room. The terrace facing north makes the perfect place for a morning breakfast in the shadow of the building and later in the evening maybe for a glass of wine when sunset closing in. The community offers several pool areas and there are also pool areas for children. The complex has a lift and a private parking. The residence is located next to the highly reputed golf club Valle Romano that will delight lovers of swing with its 18 holes. In a few kilometers there are also Estepona Golf, which is also renowned. The complex in the heart of Valle Romano is located 3 km from the beach and less than 10 minutes by car to the port of Estepona. Estepona, known as the Costa del Sol Garden, is a cozy Spanish town with lots of attractions. The city is i.a. known for its many murals. Estepona also has the world’s largest collection of orchids (at the Orchidarium). In the old town there are many typical Spanish restaurants, the most famous is perhaps “La Casa del Rey”. In addition, you can easily reach other places of interest, such as Gibraltar, Puerto Banus, Ronda and Marbella e.g. The apartment is perfect for you who want a quiet relaxing holiday with the family in a relaxing environment, but still close to everything that belongs to an active holiday such as shopping, markets, sports activities and more.

El piso en general estaba bien, tiene 3 baños y la piscina está genial, pero no es familiar, es incómodo son dos plantas, tiene escaleras e ir con niños resulta peligroso, no había ningún aviso en el anuncio de que había escaleras, las camas no todas tenían almohadas y los colchones eran más pequeños que el somier, lo que hacía que tuviéramos que poner algún cojin para que los niños no se colaran, además tenías que cruzar a A7 para ir a cualquier cosa, no hay nada en la zona, la playa esta más lejos de lo que indican, la terraza estaba bastante sucia y olía muchísimo a pis de gato, el tendedero estaba muy sucio y en la cocina faltaban bastantes cosas básicas.
Fine apartment. Design is interesting. Parking excellent. Nice pool. Air-conditioning works great. Three bedrooms. One is a bit too small for two adults (and their suitcases). Also, the folding bed does not come to the same level which was unfortunate. Furthermore, we missed some basic things that makes an accommodation instead of okay/good to excellent, such as a coffee machine, hooks to hang a towel or something in the small room, towels in the bathrooms to dry your hands. It surprised us that there was no proper drying rack as there is a laundry machine. The drying rack was laying outside and was dirty. Not going to clean that as that is not our job on our holiday. The whole terrace needed some cleaning btw, looked like it hadn't been done in a while. Overall, we had a good stay but definitely room for improvement.
Had a fantastic stay here with 3 adults and 4 children. Great size apartment with good sized bedrooms and everything you need in the kitchen, also a really good living space. The complex was great and had a lovely pool with plenty of shady areas. Everything you need. Would highly recommend.
