In the heart of Dinard, this bright 3 room apartment is located near the Pointe du Moulinet, 2 minutes walk from the beach of the lock (180m), the moonlight promenade (100m) and shops. Ideal for family vacations in Dinard where you can do everything on foot. The parking is free in the street. It is our second home. The apartment has been renovated in 2020. It is located on the first floor of a small quiet condominium and can accommodate 4 people. It is composed of : - 1 large and bright living room with open kitchen fully equipped - 2 bedrooms with double bed; - 1 bathroom & wc.

Excellent séjour , très bel appartement , équipé pour les bébés . A proximité du centre, de la plage , des balades . Hôte très accueillant tout était parfait !!
Logement correspondant au descriptif, bien meublé et agréable. Accessible à pied de la plage et des commerces.
Appartement idéalement situé!
Idéalement placé, l’appartement permet de profiter à pied de toutes les commodités, restau, balades, navettes pour St Malo… Très confortable, propre et parfaitement équipé pour 4, et à souligner le soin particulier/l’organisation d’Anaïs pour faciliter l’arrivée et le départ. À recommander pour (re)découvrir Dinard et sa région.
We had a wonderful stay at Anaïs' place! The apartment is lovely and ideal for a small family. The location is fab- near some v good restaurants and a gorgeous beach. Dinard itself is a lovely town with lots to do, and we really enjoyed taking the ferry over to St Malo. France, Anaïs' mother, welcomed us to the apartment and was very helpful and hospitable, and all communication with Anaïs was v good. We would love to return, it was a brilliant holiday! Ideally located near the sea, you can do everything on foot.
The main beach of Dinard (l'écluse), shops and restaurants are nearby.
There are free parking spaces in the street. It is sometimes less easy to park during the summer period, so you should prefer the Pointe du Moulinet to park (we can explain this to you).
