Quite recent neighborhood, close to the main services (schools, police station, city market) and the main shopping centers (Eurospin, Conad, HD Di Meglio). The house has its entrance on a private road, therefore trafficked exclusively by residents. The house is about 500 meters from the central street of the village.
Villasimius is a small village (just under 4000 residents in winter) not far from the capital of Sardinia, Cagliari (55 Km). Getting around the town is also very easy on foot, for a nice evening walk. The main street is located about 500 meters from the house. Generally in the summer a shuttle bus service is available that allows you to reach some of the main beaches of Villasimius. However, it is usually advisable to use a car to visit all the various seaside resorts in the immediate vicinity. It is also possible to rent bicycles, mopeds and scooters in the village.
