I am updating this review as 5 days after we checked out (which seems rather strange) we have now been told that apparently we had put “two massive cracks” on the hob during our stay despite never using it and now Joe is deciding to not reply to my messages. A photo of the “damage” literally shows a hob that’s covered in scratches that looks like fair wear and tear. No massive cracks. My previous review had been so positive despite a few issues to begin with but now I can only give this host/company a bad review as they are wrongly trying to keep £250 of our money. Avoid this host/company.

This is a gorgeous house in Poole which has everything you need and more, clean and fresh with amazing comfortable beds in every room! We really enjoyed staying here, the kids still call it the ‘cool house’ Highly recommend especially to family’s wanting somewhere that ticks every box
