Accommodation across 4 bedrooms, includes 3 large bedrooms in the main house and a 1 bedroom suite with living room in our casita (cottage). In the main house the kitchen is centred around a traditional AGA farmhouse oven (electric), light filled spaces and bringing the outside inside were key components in our design. All the doors open fully on the ground floor to connect you with nature, an enormous oak table situated in the shade of the pergola is ideal for entertaining a large party, comfy seating areas are dotted around the finca allowing everyone a space to relax and disconnect. The enormous 14M swimming pool is bordered by lawn and shade is provided by, jacaranda, orange and oak trees as well as towering banana plants. The master bedroom, bathroom, shower and dressing area take over the entire top floor. The 2 large en suite bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The grounds are very private and there are always areas to explore, relax and unwind. The yoga area is situated at the top of the finca surrounded by vines and lemon trees and gives a view across the farm and the Soller valley. The gym is situated in the stables a short walk from the main house. The casita (small cottage) is situated adjacent to the mandarin and clementine orchard only 150metres from the main house. The casita provides a private area for a couple or for the children to relax and have there own space. The nearest hiking trails are less than 150 metres so whether you run, cycle, ride or walk its on your doorstep.
