This was an absolutely fabulous place to stay! The grounds were in a lovely wooded area under the stars. Super clean, Bar B Q grill, great patio, large bed, fully functioning kitchen. Matt was excellent at providing information before hand, and responsive to queries. Super close to amazing hampton beaches, two mile hollow and beach lane. Also close to seafood mart with amazing lobster salad and a bagel place with iced coffee for the gays. Ask about the catch of the day. Loved it all!

Such a great host, clean beach towels and suggesting places to eat! Perfect location - in between east and bridgehampton... a beautiful walk or bike ride away from the beach... You will not regret staying at cozy cottages!

If you want to spend your time in a run down trailer park stay here. Otherwise find another place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect place to call home for our few days exploring the Hamptons. Great central location. Easy parking and quiet. Communication with the host was very clear and timely.

We didn't have to worry about a thing. Matthew was a superb host who supplied us with all the information we needed and made checking and checking out a breeze. The cotttage was indeed cozy, and I would love to come back in the summer!
