Great accommodations, within walking distance to plenty of grocery stores,restaurants, and other areas of interest in Cape Coral. Firm bed, good water pressure in showers and super timely communications are all reasons I would stay here again

Everything that was said in the description of the house was spot on and we had no trouble finding the things we needed. Lovely home would definitely stay there again.

Small but convenient place - grocery store a block away is a big plus. Was convenient for us to where we were meeting our relatives. Bed is very comfortable, fairly quiet area. Some things to consider - bedroom door does not fully close so if one partner wants to watch TV while the other goes to bed this can be an issue. Lots of kitchen equipment if you wish to cook (as we did). Hosts communicate well. If you are going in January and it's a cold spell do know there is no heat in the place. Usually in Florida this doesn't matter at all but we were there for a few days in a particularly cold spell. Otherwise a fine place though not sure of its value vs. other options.
