great location, close to Clermont attractions and outdoors.

Location was ideal for the attractions we wanted to visit and there are plenty of stores and restaurants in short driving distance. The house had everything we needed for our little family. We appreciated the fast communication with owners when we did have questions. It was nice to have a fenced in space for our dog. The front part of the fence does have a gap underneath, so just watch your pup in case they are small and an escape artist. This wasn’t a big issue for us, because we went out with our dog each time. It is a duplex, but the neighbors are quiet and we never heard them. Great stay!

Really good central located place to stay for a couple days. The apt had everything we needed , the bed is very comfortable. I enjoyed having the fenced backyard for my dog and discovered there is also dog back near by. I would stay here again !

The space was comfortable and clean, which is my minimum standard for any visit. The rental was a short drive to area attractions -- the most attractive aspect of the space. It beat out all of the area hotel prices! In addition to visiting a few restaurants the hosts recommended, we drove down to Southern Hills Farms to pick blueberries one morning -- so fun! The hosts were very accommodating when we requested an early check in to ensure a wedding cake we were responsible for traveling with made it into the fridge sooner than later.

Craig and Debbie have a great place. It was very clean and comfortable. It is close to Historic Downtown Clermont, which was a plus for us. We will definitely consider this home in the future!
