Spectacular views and tranquil spot, but that’s where it ends. We booked this property for our Easter get away w’ our large family for 5 nights. When we entered the property, it was evident that no-one had stayed for quite sometime.. there was a mouldy/damp odour.. Then we discovered mice droppings throughout both levels of the house… in kitchen cupboards, bench tops and even on the coffee table. We notified Mikhiala, who did quickly organise a pest controller. He put bait throughout the house.. not ideal with my little children. Anyhoo, each morning we had to clean bench tops in the kitchen and all kitchenware due to fresh mice droppings. Even had to discard some food that they got into. The owner must have been aware of the problem… it’s their responsibility to inspect the property prior to our arrival. We had booked for 5 nights, but decided to leave after 4. We were quite disappointed as this accommodation is not cheap. At the price, you expect a quality kept home.

No words to describe our stay in this beautiful house. It is so warm and welcoming, the views around it are spectacular and the host so friendly and caring. This is the perfect country side family experience. Would definitely come back again!

Fantastic place for a weekend away. Brilliant spot, beautiful house. There were so many extra bits and pieces for the kids that it made our family holiday much smoother!

the house is stunning, situated on picturesque land with amazing farm views. The floor to ceiling windows really highlight the beauty of your surrounds. Furniture is very comfortable and amenities are clean and kitchen is fully stocked. Would definitely recommend as a wonderful weekend escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Perfect for families and couples

Lovely big house with beautiful views. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of firewood. A great place for our group of 6. Some things a little tired, but everything was of excellent quality bed linen etc.. kitchen equipment, glasses, plenty of everything. This would be a great place for families, everything a child would want is there. Looking forward to going there again. Communication and flexibility with host excellent.
