Great potential but misses the mark Absolutely loved the bones of the house and the layout! The seating areas were comfortable and the dining area was great for our group.There were tvs galore!. The entertainment area on the lower floor and the Pacman machine were a bonus! However, end tables in the living room and dimmers on the bright overhead lights would have been nice to have. The kitchen was spacious but not ideal for cooking or eating. It was missing basics like a complete set of silverware for 8, additional dish towels, a colander for straining pasta/ washing veggies, and a working toaster. We had to run the dishwasher after every meal in order to have enough bowls, spoons and knives. Glassware was limited to tall water glasses. Wine glasses were plastic and the other option were red Solo cups. The bedrooms were basic with nice bedding but needed nightstands. Reading lamps would have been helpful. The bathrooms needed more than one hand towel each, although there were plenty

Place was great! The problem I had was with the host. They watched the cameras every minute we were there and proceeded to call about EVERYTHING they didn't like. I couldn't even have visitors over without them saying it's extra ppl there you need to pay more. They were very annoying. We felt harassed.

Kay was responsive and helpful. Inside the place was as described, large, super clean and had lots of connectivity (high speed internet, had tvs and a home office printer). Inside we felt safe and comfortable… the neighborhood isn’t great, but we took Ubers everywhere so it wasn’t a huge problem.
