This home was beyond our expectations. Beautiful area, very spacious, our grandchildren had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended. We were very comfortable and would return.

Nelson's place is absolutely gorgeous! It's very well acquainted and clean. My family, of five, found it perfect for our family vacation. The kids enjoyed hanging out in the downtairs playroom after a long day of hiking . The kitchen is well stocked and had great cooking pots and pans. Since it's close to the highway, we found the house to be in a perfect location to visit Sedona (about 50 minutes easy drive) and Flagstaff (about 25 minutes easy drive). Nelson is an incredibly responsive host! He had some great suggestions and local recommendations. I highly recommend his home and will definitely be returning next time we visit Arizona!

We have spent just two nights at this beautiful property. There were no any surprises, as the house is accurately described and presented in the photos. Clean, open and spacious, with nice furniture and a porch surrounding almost the entire upper floor. With given instructions, we did not have any issues finding and accessing the place. It was really great touch to get a note from the host that we can check in early, even we did not ask. Also, an immediate reply was received when we asked for a late check out….very thankful for this. When an alarm sounded off (as we touched the door that was locked) , Nelson quickly disarmed it. Nice surroundings, close hiking trails , very peaceful , so we enjoy time spent there.

Nelson was a great host he checked up on us before the trip to make sure we knew of the weather conditions. And he was very accommodating to our necessities. Overall great host and great home will be rebooking if we ever go to flagstaff again.
