Ben and Amanda are very kind and responsive hosts and allowed me to change my reservation, due to a family emergency. The studio was clean and suited my needs. The only issues I experienced was the noise above me (this is where their family lives) and a lack of stable hot water. When I spoke to them about the noise they made every effort to reduce the level and apparently the hot water will last longer if the heat gets turned up while showering.

Staying at Ben’s place was awesome -I highly recommend it if you’re in town and you need a budget friendly place to stay that’s close to everything Durham but Portsmith Hampton Beach Rye Beach. Simple clean easy to get to wonderful family courteous. I appreciate staying with people who have great integrity and that has Ben!

Very quiet place, I didn't even noticed anyone was upstairs. They left me with perfect privacy. Had complimentary coffee, creamer, sugar and popcorn for me. Even mustard and ketchup in the fridge! I would definitely stay here again!

This place was really nice, clean and had everything you needed! Location was quiet and peaceful and check-in was easy and quick. Ben was quick to respond, if I needed anything. I would definitely come back!
