Great condo - close to elevator, very clean, couch was comfy and so were the beds. Beach chairs and beach towels provided, which was great! Quick and easy check in was a big plus. The resort is great. We had 3 kids with us and felt completely safe.

This is our second time staying here. The condo is super clean, has all the major kitchen appliances, towels, really everything you need. Beds are comfy, couch is comfy, plenty of seating inside and out. There are dark shades in both bedrooms and living room to keep the morning light out for light sleepers. Ivan is very responsive - truly goes above and beyond. The complex itself is beautiful and clean. Pools are sparkling and some are heated (at least in March when we went). The restaurant on site is fantastic. The condo has security. Felt comfortable and save traveling with my young children.

Ivan always answered all my questions immediately no matter what time of the day I would call him. definitely will use him again.

there is no pullout bed. Only a couch with hard cushions, advertised sleeping six. Children under three, diapers in hot tub and large heated pool. Both involution of posted rules..Guest room shower diverter did not function properly. Master bath had to run hot sink faucet for long time to get hot water. suspect lower thermometer in water heater not functioning. there are no dish towels. there were only two hand towels. there was only one washcloth. one outdoor lounge chairs, should have two. the nightstand light in MBR does not work. no salt, pepper, oil, should have been noted It should be made clear there will be very loud and often vulgar music every afternoon. Thursday thru Sunday.
