Only rented out for certain weekends to guests with reviews. (Only for 2 people max.) preferably at least 2 days minimum, but exceptions can be made, (with great review history) Your little haven will have a screened enclosure attached to a private porch. During rental times, there will be no one else using the Jacuzzi and pool area, it’s all for you! Sorry, this place is not for gatherings, birthday parties, baby showers, etc -of any kind. Absolutely no children. This is a separate building in the rear yard behind the main house and pool. The main house porch utilizes curtains to separate and give privacy to the pool area. Only guests on the reservation allowed on property. Only the vehicles of the guests allowed to be on the property. Sorry, but this place is not for you to invite people over who are not on the reservation. No children of any age allowed on the property. Please be aware the pool is seasonal, I do try to warm it up as soon as I can, usually in May. The Jacuzzi will be heated year round-to your liking. My doggie will not be allowed in the backyard or enclosure, so she won’t bother you, unless you want to socialize with her.
