Enjoy our One-bedroom Loft with full kitchen, living and dining space, gas fireplace and private balcony at NorthBay at Lake Arrowhead. We are conveniently located in the center of it all – a short drive to the Lake, moments from Village shops and dining options, minutes from Snow Summit and Bear Mountain resorts, access to miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. The Ponderosa room sleeps 6 individuals with one king bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room area, and a full sofa sleeper in the loft. The unit also features a private balcony, a full kitchen, and two full-sized bathrooms. We are the resort, so the pictures shown are of the many rooms we have, and are not pictures of the exact room you will be assigned. Please know all our rooms have the same amenities inside. We will call you the day of your arrival to confirm your reservation and take your credit card deposit of $100. The deposit authorization will be released at the end of your stay. You will be notified when your room is ready to check-in and provided your room number and door code for entry.
