Lisa-Marie was great !! Very responsive and made us feel comfortable and right at home. Was able to accommodate us last minute and help us with all needs. Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again !

there was problem with the key not in the lockbox but as I call her she was very help and within minutes her housekeeper was there to let us in. her housekeeper was friendly and I feel at home it was near a supermarket so I just walk Lisa Marie place was what I want for Christmas a break from every day at this place give me relaxing weekend I sure booking it again i enjoy my time there.

Firstly. Lisa didn't know we were to check in on the day we were to. So we had was to wait a while to get the keys. When we went in. There was trash left in the trash can in the kitchen. In the bathrooms there were two towels that looks like they were used already. We called for more towels and Lisa sent her dad with only one towel. There was no hot water. Two days there was no water to shower. None of the television worked and there was no internet for almost a whole day. Each time we contacted Lisa, she never has an answer. She always said she will call her dad. Definitely doesn't worth the money i paid.
