We had a great stay! Our group consisted of a bunch of professional retriever trainers and we were in the area to attend two AKC hunting retriever events. We were all pulling large trailers with multiple dogs on board, and the property had sufficient parking to accommodate our big rigs! The 30 acres gave us plenty of room to run and air out the dogs. Staying on a remote property like this gave us peace of mind as we weren't concerned with anyone messing with our dogs or rigs. The house was great for us too! We were there a full week, and with the nice kitchen we cooked our own meals rather than going out every night. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of bathrooms. The pool was a little too cool for our liking, but would be a great summer time benefit. The laundry room was a nice amenity after being there that long. If the AKC Retriever Club that hosted the events schedule two back to back events again next year, we'll definitely be looking to rebook.

Beautiful area. Did not use place other than to sleep in so wasn’t really worth what we paid. Could definitely have More bedding accessible. Home was large and spacious but floors weren’t very clean- dust under dressers/beds and socks got very dirty.

This was the PERFECT site for our gathering of 11 “golden age” friends and relatives for a weekend of visiting, eating and playing games. Viewing the eclipse on April 8 was magnificent in the peaceful country surroundings. The kitchen, though not too thoroughly equipped, is very spacious, so several people could cook together, then all could be served off the central island. The two picnic tables on the porch were great for our meals since the weather was very pleasant. The pool table was enjoyed by many guests. We planned to soak in the hot tub, but never got around to doing that.

My family of seven had a great time here for Spring Break! There was plenty of room for all of us and them some! Next time we stay here, it'll be later in the year so we can enjoy the pool.
