This is our second time at Jodi’s place. We love this house. All the bedrooms are large and the main living space is open with a beautiful view out to the water. Jodi is responsive and flexible and the house is always clean and neat. We hope to return again!

Beautiful home, and was just as described if not better. The view from the 3rd floor balcony should be mentioned more as it was a stand out for me personally! The elevator was also a big attraction for my whole group, and actually really useful as on my guests sustained a small ankle sprain on one of the local golf courses. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The location was perfect, a walk from the beach, a beautiful backyard and pool. The house was spacious with a great layout. Jodi was very responsive whenever I messaged her. We had the best week and hope to return next year. Don’t think twice about this rental.

Jodi was super responsive and helpful. The house is HUGE and comfortably fit our whole group. Overall, I think it’s a great spot. The beach is close by but I would note a few things about it. For one, the closest beach is a spot where people drive their trucks all the way to the water so you’ll be hanging out with trucks everywhere on a busy day. It’s also close in proximity but takes a bit of a trek through sand so bring a cart that’s made for that.
