Stay was great, clean and tidy and functioning utilities. Location is very isolated, no shops near by, so carry things you may need for the day atleast. The caretaker will get you things needed from the nearby town of Dabhol if needed but you need to inform early.

We had a very pleasant stay. The house was clean and the area is very peaceful. Maybe too peaceful for someone 😉 The Kolthare Beach is nice but you need to drive to the beach 20 min, and there's a small town 15 min drive in other direction. There's a beautiful temple and a fish market every afternoon. There are also some shops and restaurants, so you can get everything you need.

The place is a little remote and isolated but quiet and peaceful. On a clear day, you can see the ocean and enjoy beautiful Sunrise from the terrace, Every evening you can see some wild life too - we saw jackals and deer from terrace. The beach is not walkable distance, and if its a high tide, then you can't walk to the main Kolthare beach from where you have to park - you need to use the boat that is available for use by locals to cross over Panchnadi. Go in the evening to watch a stunning Sunset from cliffs near the beach. No nearby restaurants. Either you cook in the kitchen or you get the food delivered with the help of caretaker. Caretaker is a phone call away but phone network is poor so receving or making calls is not easy and remote work is ruled out. However, if you love isolation, outdoors and adventure, you will love it. We loved it and enjoyed our stay of 2 nights

Just the place where we needed to be in holiday away from the touristy chaos. A beautiful peaceful adobe, right next to the sea. Starry night sky and the perfect balcony to laid back under the sky. Warm hosts Soham and Ankita, make double sure that everything is taken care off. I would love to visit again 😇

I fairly enjoyed staying at Ankita's place! The property itself is a total charm, and Ankita is a very polite and patient host. She will assist you with any queries that you have. The property has a caretaker who doesn't stay there, but is just a call away. It is a tad bit far away from locality, but nothing you wouldn't appreciate if you like being away from the hustle of tourists. The biggest con was the roads. The property is fairly close to nearby beaches and tourist destinations but it is inconvenient because of extremely unkept roads. The beach is not exactly close, more like 7 to 8 minutes by car but honestly it is worth the drive. Super clean and a real, underrated gem!
