Great stay for a family of 6!

Dee’s place was laid out perfectly for our family of 5. The kids had their own bathroom and we had ours. Plenty of towels, including beach towels, beach chairs, toys, etc. There’s even a cooler to pack a meal for the beach. We rented a car which was key for us because we wanted to move around the whole island. Kapolei is located towards the western part of Oahu so it’s a 30 min drive to Honolulu and about 45-55 minutes to the eastern beaches (eg Lanikai) and the northern beaches (turtles, surfing). If you want you stay local and rent a golf cart, you can access the public lagoons and a small are with restaurants. We bought groceries at Target and Walmart which was less expensive. Dee’s place was quiet and relaxing for our vacation!

Me and my family of 6 enjoyed our stay. The size was perfect for us. It had everything we needed to make us feel at home. We did run into a lag of getting a guest pass to park the third car we had in the guest parking, but that was settled quickly. The neighborhood is quiet, so it was hard for my family to keep the noise down. One of the beds sunk in the middle and found out the reason the day we checked out. I’m not sure what was going on with the AC, but it was warm at night where we would wake up sweating and we would have to adjust it. The location was at the end of Aliinui and there is about 15 speed bumps to get to it. Overall, the place is nice, Dee was nice & responsive, and we had a great time!

Excellent stay all around. Far enough away from the city for peace and quiet, but easy access to all amenities and anywhere on the island.

Beautiful! Super convenient especially if doing the paradise cove luau! Nice lagoons!! Perfect!!
