Comfortable and spacious house with great outdoor spaces. Kids loved to get eggs from the chicken in the morning and petting the sheep while enjoying the play area outside. Comfortable beds and very clean.

What a wonderful start to our holiday in New Zealand! Ashleigh’s place was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. She was friendly and helpful. The homey touches in the house made us feel so welcome. The surroundings were peaceful yet we were close to good restaurants and shops, things to do and see, and beautiful scenery. Super kid friendly!

Beautiful modern farm house with all amenities. We had a six yr old with us who loved the pet sheep, chickens, tree house and swings. The older boys loved kicking a ball around, and we were super grateful for the big hot tub when we returned from an 8 hr walk! tasteful furniture, plenty of space, beautiful rooms and a super equipped kitchen. It's location is abit out of the way but that makes it super quiet - which was what we were after. Groceries at about 20mins in cambridge or te Awamutu, and 1 hr to Rotorua for attractions.
