Very enjoyable stay. Apartment was clean and well decorated. All appliances including TV worked well. Replay is well located for both Fishermans village and Bang Rak. Aga was met us was friendly and welcoming.

We enjoyed our 30+ night stay at Martyna's place. The unit is as described and was very clean, fast wifi and the kitchen has everything you need for a long-term stay. The location is close to Fisherman's village and the Bangrak beach area (good coffee!). Martyna is a great host and even arranged a mid-stay cleaning of the unit for us. There were a lot of little nice touches as well, like coffee/tea, shampoo and soap, Netflix, etc. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice clean apartment not far from Fisherman’s village (10-15 min walking, 5 min motorbike) which is a must visit on Samui and it’s a lovely neighbourhood for small kids (strollerproof). The apartment has absolutely everything what you need (washingmachine, fully equipped kitchen, big fridge, cleaning stuff, amazing shower and Netflix for when it’s raining outside) and we really enjoyed the nice balcony with the view over the swimmingpool. The fitness area is amazing aswel. We really loved our stay here and it felt like home. Communication with the host was very smooth.

Martyna's place had everything we needed for a month stay in Koh Samui. The location is great - close to the main areas of the island, the building is well maintained, and the amenities are very convenient. The apartment is cozy, clean, and the appliances are in great condition. Martyna and her husband are wonderful hosts. They made it easy for us to rent a scooter, and coordinate a mid-month cleaning, besides giving us lots of recommendations of things to do. We would definitely recommend!!!
