Three double bed house with a lovely garden. BBQ's or sunset drinks on the terrace overlooking Chiswick House. Chiswick house has loads of weekend events such as markets and music events as well as a brilliant cafe. Moments walk from the river, including a stroll to my personal favourite part of the Thames, Strand On The Green. It feels like stepping back in time, then step into a great selection of pubs. Chiswick High Road with its shops and restaurants and tune are ten minutes walk away. This is our main house that we live in, but are not there during school holidays and weekends. As such it is a lived in house, rather than an empty rental property. Our neighbours are our friends, please treat them as you would your friends. If you plan to be noisy late at night, please choose another listing.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt als 6 köpfige Familie sehr genossen. Das Haus war perfekt, super Lage, sehr sauber, sehr ruhig und trotzdem zu Fuß nur in 10 min bis zur high road mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Cafés und Boutiquen. Die Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke und in die City dauert es nur 15 - 20 min! Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank an Rick & seine Familie.
stayed at Rick's for the weekend. We spent a lot of time out and about but the house was lovely, clean, great location in regards to airport, central London and only a 10 minute walk to the High Street in Chiswick which has lovely bars, cafes shops. Rick was very responsive and easy to deal with. would highly recommend this place.
We absolutely loved our eight day stay at this property. The house has a well equipped, spacious kitchen and two very nice bathrooms. The bedrooms and sitting areas were also very comfortable, which made it a perfect place to stay with our family. The area is both scenic and peaceful. We enjoyed many walks to the Thames riverwalk, the local parks, and Chiswick High St., which has a great assortment of shops and restaurants. Other areas in London were easily accessible by public transportation or Uber. Rick was a very helpful and responsive host.
We had a great weekend at Ricks place. Beautiful family home with everything you need. Rick was very responsive at all times. Highly recommend.

Chiswick Overland Rail Station is a ten minute walk. From here you can travel to Central London Waterloo in 25 minutes.
Turham Green Tube Station - District Line - is a ten minute walk. From here you can access the whole tube network. Hammersmith in 5 mins, after which you can take the Piccadilly line to Central London (Leicester Square in 20 mins).
190 Bus from end of the road takes you to Hammersmith in 20 mins. Bus departs every 15 mins on Saturday. Timetable is at the bus stop.
Boat Departs from Kew Bridge - from here you can travel to either upstream to Central London (Westminster, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament) or downstream to Richmond and Hampton Court Palace.
A lovely walk by River Thames is only a 5 minute stroll away from the house. Several attractive riverside pubs are nearby if you're willing to wander a little farther to strand on the green.
