这套房子性价比不高，价格定的偏高，里面的床被子比较差，装修有点老了，生活也不太便利

The villa is located at a high end residential area with very friendly and kind neighbors. The roads in jumeirah park feel like a luxury car exhibition. The villa was clean, comfortable and equiped with all necessary amenities. My 12 friends and I stayed for 3 nights total- there were enough beds for everyone. The host was responsive and helpful. We did not meet any problems at communications. Overall I'd say a value for money place for big groups. Having a car is recommended since walking distances are long. easy 5/5 for everything

Positives Unbeatable location close to main tourist attractions. Spacious rooms, multiple bathrooms, stunning garden space with heated pool. Xmas tree and champagne flutes provided making the stay extra special Fedele and Gaetani (owners) were excellent, rectified issues mentioned below and stayed in continuous contact Negatives Previous clients checked out late impacting our arrival with property not being cleaned properly. Sticky surfaces, dirty smelling items in dishwasher, hair in bathrooms. Maintenace issues: large leak in bathroom, broken shower light/hook, broken iron, lack of amenities No welcome baskets advertised Above communicated to airbnb host Alessandro. Un-welcoming response received stated that considered cancelling our booking a week before for higher paying clients. If not satisfied to vacate as another client was looking to stay. Disregarded our concerns. Distressing having family flown in from abroad Dates still advertised despite booking confirmed
