There is no way to comfortably enjoy the back yard as the “apartment” has windows right against where the bbq pit area is neighborhood is very rough people actively walking and biking around all hours of the night. All the surrounding properties look abandoned or just completely ran down, This is the nicest one in the whole neighborhood indeed. There is only one tv in the house that is in the living room. Did enjoy not being bothered by host and it is close to north padre and good fishing.

Beautiful little home, close to the beach, super comfy stay. It was just perfect honestly. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again when time comes.

It was very comfortable home away from home. I loved the privacy and the backyard was great for cooking out we loved that the stores were close by and the restaurants as well.But just make sure to bring your own hygienes and essentials if your planning to cook there. We would love to go back.
